  • Rocky Mountain Institute – an independent nonprofit founded in 1982—transforms global energy use to create a clean, prosperous, and secure low-carbon future. It engages businesses, communities, institutions, and entrepreneurs to accelerate the adoption of market-based solutions that cost-effectively shift from fossil fuels to efficiency and renewable’s. The organization has offices in Snowmass and Boulder, Colorado; New York City; Washington, D.C.; and Beijing.   • Colorado Solar and Storage Association – Established in 1989, (formerly COSEIA) is the nonprofit association leading Colorado’s solar industry. Our mission is to expand the use of solar technologies across Colorado. COSSA advances solar policy, removes market barriers, highlights emerging trends, and improves education and outreach.
  • Alternative Power Enterprises – Located in Ridgway Colorado and established in 1992.  APE specializes in Photo Voltaic installations, maintenance, and off-grid battery and generator service.
